Gambling help in Spain

Spain's support landscape combines public health services with a strong network of patient associations. FEJAR (Federaciรณn Espaรฑola de Jugadores de Azar Rehabilitados) coordinates dozens of member associations across the country and runs a free, anonymous helpline; it also helps people with self-exclusion and offers online therapy. Treatment is available through the public health system, typically via addiction or mental-health units in each autonomous community, and many regions run their own gambling-specific programmes. Gamblers Anonymous meets in larger cities. Self-exclusion from both online and much land-based gambling is available through the national RGIAJ register, which shares entries with regional registers where agreements are in place.
