Gambling help in Peru

Peru's main public route to help is the Ministry of Health's free Línea 113, which provides health guidance including mental health support and referral to community mental health centres (centros de salud mental comunitarios). Part of the remote gaming tax is earmarked for the Ministry of Health's mental health programmes. Jugadores Anónimos groups meet in Lima and some other cities. MINCETUR runs the national self-exclusion registry for remote gaming and a separate system for land-based casinos and slot halls, and receives complaints about licensed operators. Families affected by a relative's gambling can also use these public services.
